The Role • Replace and repair vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume responsibility as a site manager, overseeing technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily scheduling. • Provide customer service, from order intake to vehicle handover. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the processing of incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures and ensure audit compliance. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or body builder. • Willingness to undergo the proficiency test or already hold a recognized site manager certification. • A valid Class B driver's license and proficiency in German and PC administration. • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently, fostering trust and mutual respect.
