DIVISIONAL SERVICE MANAGER

OMODA | JAECOO & Chery | Based in Milton Keynes

£66,000 OTE + Overachievement Bonus | Company Vehicle + Fuel | Monday–Friday

Allen Motor Group is looking for an experienced Service Manager ready to take the next step and become part of this exciting journey.

Based at our OMODA | JAECOO & Chery site in Milton Keynes, you'll work across the division, with regular travel to our other sites. You'll have the opportunity to help shape the future of aftersales as these brands continue to grow.

  • Lead, inspire and support Aftersales Managers across the division.

  • Drive profitability, performance and customer experience.

  • Work closely with OMODA, JAECOO and Chery to deliver their vision.

  • Identify opportunities to grow service revenue and performance.

  • Introduce best practice and raise standards across every site.

  • Be part of something that is still being built — not something that's already been done.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

An experienced automotive Service Manager who's ready to think bigger.

You'll be commercially driven, confident leading people, passionate about customer experience and excited by the opportunity to build, improve and influence.

Full UK driving licence required.
