Job Description:

• 4 years of experience in program management, strategy and operations design, or related cross-functional roles
• Experience developing and implementing standardized operational processes, SOPs, or scalable workflow frameworks
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within global or matrixed organizations
• Experience supporting AI transformation operational excellence or organizational change initiatives
• Experience supporting design research product or other highly cross-functional organisations
• Experience leading or contributing to AI-related transformation adoption enablement or operational improvement initiatives
• Experience identifying practical opportunities to apply AI across planning workflows, documentation, or team operations
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in fast-paced environments
