ServiceNow Architect

Experience

• 12+ years of overall IT experience
• Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow Architecture, Design, and Enterprise Implementations
• Proven experience working with leading consulting organizations or system integrators

Mandatory Certifications

Candidates must possess one or more of the following ServiceNow certifications:

• ✅ CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• ✅ CAD (Certified Application Developer)
• ✅ CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist)
• ✅ CTA (Certified Technical Architect) – Highly Preferred

Candidates holding multiple certifications will be given strong preference.

Required Expertise

We''re specifically looking for architects with strong experience in one or more of the following domains:

• ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC)
• ServiceNow AI / Generative AI / Now Assist
• Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design
• Platform Governance & Best Practices
• End-to-End ServiceNow Implementations
• Platform Integrations and Custom Development

Preferred Background

• Consulting experience with global clients
• Ability to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience mentoring technical teams and defining solution architecture
