The Role • Responsible for the exchange and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Take on the additional role of Operations Manager (HWK), overseeing technical matters, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning. • Advise and support customers from order placement to vehicle return with a strong service orientation. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions are met. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undergo the necessary certification for operations management or already possess this qualification. • A valid driver's license (Class B), good German language skills, and PC proficiency. • Strong customer and service orientation, complemented by excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster trusting, equal-level collaboration.
