Job Description

Xolopak India Limited is seeking an experienced and qualified finance professional to lead its finance function. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong leadership capabilities, extensive banking and financial management experience and the ability to support strategic business decisions. Experience in investor communication will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall finance and accounts function of the organization.
• Build, mentor, and manage the finance and accounts team to ensure operational excellence.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with banks and financial institutions, advisors, rating agencies etc.
• Prepare annual, quarterly fund requirement, or deployment of surplus funds and explore fulfilment of these needs through relevant banking, advirosy, wealth channels as the case may be.
• Handle banking operations, working capital management, fund raising, and credit facilities.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
• Drive cash flow planning and treasury management.
• Prepare and streamline process and monitoring of each and every accounting and finance function, be instrumental in establishing policies related to the overall finance department.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with all financial, taxation, and statutory regulations.
• Support business leadership with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Manage investor communications and financial presentations, where applicable.
• Evaluate and advise on financial instruments, financing structures, and treasury strategies.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and improve financial processes across the organization.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
• 10-15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting leadership roles.
• Proven experience in handling teams, financial statement preparation and managing banking and financial institutional relationships.
• Strong experience in financial statement preparation, reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing finance teams.
• Deep understanding of all financial instruments related to treasury and corporate finance.
• Experience in investor relations or investor communication will be preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency and or experience in implementing and using ERP systems. Indepth knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel is a must.
