Technical and Project Management Skills Needed

• Strong AWS architecture experience, including the ability to evaluate patterns, constraints, and implementation considerations in a complex enterprise environment
• Strong identity and access management experience, including authentication, authorization, role design, access governance, and integration patterns across applications and infrastructure
• Experience with enterprise identity platforms such as Okta or similar IAM technologies
• Ability to define, refine, and document technical and functional requirements for identity-related solutions
• Experience developing architecture options, recommendations, and decision points for stakeholders and technical teams
• Ability to assess current-state identity processes, dependencies, and constraints and translate them into future-state requirements
• Experience coordinating technical requirements, dependencies, and decisions across multiple application, infrastructure, and cyber security teams
• Ability to work effectively with cyber security stakeholders to review proposed controls and secure required sign-off
• Strong technical documentation skills, including architecture artifacts, decision logs, implementation guidance, and supporting recommendations
• Strong project management experience, including delivery planning, status reporting, risk and issue tracking, dependency management, and roadmap support
• Experience facilitating discovery, alignment, and design sessions with architects, engineers, security teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders
• Ability to translate approved direction into backlog items, work plans, and implementation-ready guidance for downstream delivery teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-ready updates and cross-team coordination
• Experience working in staff-augmentation or consulting roles where the resource must lead through influence, structure ambiguous work, and align multiple teams without direct authority
• Ability to balance governance, architecture leadership, and practical delivery readiness in a fast-moving enterprise environment
