Job Description

Refrigeration &amp; Air Conditioning Engineer<br /> South East / Thames Valley / London<br /> £50,000–£55,000 basic | £65,000–£75,000 OTE<br /> Door-to-door pay + van (personal use)<br /> About the Role<br />We’re growing—and looking for Refrigeration &amp; Air Conditioning Engineers to join our team across the South East and London.<br />Whether you’re an experienced engineer or looking to step up into more technical environments, this is a chance to work on a wide range of systems, including high-profile and critical sites like data centres and commercial buildings.<br />You’ll be part of a supportive team where your development is taken seriously, and no two days are the same.<br /> What You’ll Be Doing

  • Service, maintenance and repair of refrigeration and cooling systems
  • Working on equipment such as chillers, AHUs, CRAC units and pumps
  • Occasional install and project work
  • Building strong relationships with clients on-site
  • Taking part in a 1-in-6 on-call rota (well paid and structured)<br />✅ What We’re Looking For<br />We’re open to a range of experience levels. Ideally, you’ll have:
  • Experience in refrigeration, air conditioning, or HVAC
  • F-Gas certification (or working towards it)
  • A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence<br />Nice to have (but not essential):
  • Chiller experience
  • Formal qualifications (NVQ / City &amp; Guilds)
  • Experience in critical environments (e.g. data centres)<br /> What You’ll Get
  • £50,000–£55,000 basic salary
  • £65,000–£75,000 realistic earnings (door-to-door travel paid)
  • Company van + fuel card (personal use included)

  • £150 per week standby
