AI Engineer - Insurance - GCP - Permanent

Our client, a leading London Market insurer, is looking for an AI Engineer to join their Engineering team and help shape the future of AI across the business.

You'll be working on innovative AI use cases coming out of their dedicated Innovation Studio, using technologies such as Google Gemini, Anthropic, Copilot and GCP. This is a chance to join a business that is genuinely investing in AI, with the autonomy to influence solutions, technologies and the direction of future projects.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Recent experience as an AI Engineer/AI Developer
• Experience building AI applications using LLMs and GenAI technologies
• Experience with tools such as Gemini, Anthropic, Copilot or similar
• A genuine passion for AI and you keep up with the latest developments and are always experimenting with new technology
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
• Insurance experience is a big plus, but Financial Services backgrounds will also be considered

The role requires 3-4 day pw in London and is paying between £90,000 - £130,000 DOE.
