The Role • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of diverse infrastructure projects, including networks, data centers, cloud solutions, and system integrations. • Provide technical consultancy, coordinate implementation efforts, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. • Collaborate closely with internal teams, departments, and external partners to achieve project objectives. • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring project goals are met within defined parameters. • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, implementing measures to ensure quality and successful outcomes. • Stay abreast of emerging IT infrastructure trends (cloud, virtualization, SD-WAN) and integrate them into existing architectures. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemkaufmann) or a comparable qualification. • Further qualifications such as PMP, ITIL, Cisco, or Microsoft certifications are advantageous. • Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure projects, ideally in network management, cloud infrastructures, or server/storage technologies. • Solid technical understanding of network architectures, data centers, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud services (AWS, Azure), and IT security. • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall, e.g., Scrum, PRINCE2). • Strong German language skills, both written and spoken. • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and assertiveness skills.
