The Role • Provide in-store merchandising support to retail partners, focusing on shopper needs. • Construct engaging displays and end-caps. • Execute shelf resets, including product rotation and inventory tracking. • Collaborate with store teams to optimize sales opportunities for brands and suppliers. • Contribute to shaping the future of shopping experiences. What You'll Need • Be 18 years or older. • Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. • Ability to perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, squatting, and lifting up to 74 lbs. • Willingness to travel to multiple stores weekly. • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and store personnel. • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
