- Participate in support activities, including after-hours support and on-call rosters when required.
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

- You're skilled at communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
- You have demonstrated experience designing and developing solutions within medium to large organisations.
- Your knowledge includes Agile, Waterfall, release management and software quality practices.
- You'll be experienced in estimating, planning and delivering technology outcomes.
- You're passionate about mentoring others and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- You bring experience working within regulated environments, ideally financial services or superannuation.
- Your understanding of operational support and complex transaction processing environments will be highly regarded.
- You'll hold, or be willing to obtain, relevant industry certifications such as ITIL Foundation.
