Site/Space Planner 2

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce is looking for a Site/Space Planner 2 to come aboard a contract to hire opprotunity.

Responsibilities

• Enter, track, and close employee move-related work orders in the work order management system
• Coordinate and schedule contract labor (movers, furniture installers, etc.) to support daily move activities
• Serve as a point of contact for move-related requests, providing clear communication and status updates to employees and internal stakeholders
• Maintain and update the occupancy and space management database to ensure accurate headcount and seating information
• Assign employees office space in accordance with existing space standards
• Support furniture standards, space guidelines, and workplace planning documentation
• Support move planning for small- to medium-scale employee relocations across multiple buildings
• Track move schedules, dependencies, and completion status to ensure timelines are met
• Escalate issues, delays, or conflicts to appropriate partners and propose solutions when possible
• Partner with Facilities, IT, Security, HR, and external vendors to ensure seamless move execution
• Maintain move documentation, standard operating procedures, and reporting metrics
• Identify opportunities to improve move processes, data accuracy, and employee experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• Space Planning experience
• AutoCAD experience
• Move Management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams), preferably PivotTables
• Experience with work order or space management systems is a plus
• Organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Customer service mindset with a focus on employee experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
