MainPurposeofthejob:TechLead-PowerPlatform

Youwillberesponsibleforworkingwithbusinessstakeholdersandthedevelopmentteamtodesign,buildanddeliveraseriesofhigh-qualitysolutionstosupportouradoptionofPowerAppsinthecouncil.Youllbehighlyexperienceddesigning,developing,andmaintainingsolutionsutilisingMicrosoftPowerPlatform,whilstalsohavingexperienceofcoredevelopmentlanguagesandprinciples.Thisisagreatopportunitytoworkinanexcitingenvironment,buildingandimprovingapplicationswhichmakearealimpactinhowourservicesfunction,andultimatelyimprovingthelivesforourresidents.

• DemonstrableexperienceofthewholedevelopmentlifecycleforMicrosoftPowerPlatform.
• PassionforMicrosoftPowerApps,PowerAutomate,PowerBIandPortals.
• ExperiencewiththemigrationofexistingbusinesssolutionsfromoldertechnologytoPowerApps.
• Experienceworkingwithinternalstakeholderstocapturerequirementsandturnthemintosolutionsforimplementation.
• KnowledgeofestablishingPowerPlatformenvironments,users,licenses,capacitymanagement,andbackuppolicies.
• EstablishedstrongPowerAppspracticesandstrategiestooptimizeperformance,security,andscalability.
• Producedusabletechnicaldocumentationanduserguidesforyourapplications.
• DevelopedPowerBI(BusinessIntelligence)reportsanddashboards.
• SupportedtrainingotherteammembersintheuseofPowerApps,includingpairprogramming,mentoring,etc.
• SupportUATwithbusinessusers,capturingandreportingdefectsforreviewandremediation.
• Strongexperienceofapplicationbuildingandarchitecturaldesign.
• Experienceworkingwithproductmanagementtodefineandrefinerequirements,establishingtheMVPofthesolution,minimisingtechnicaldebt.
• Experienceworkingwithamatrixteaminvolvingotherdevelopers,productmanagers,designersandarchitects.

• Strongbusinessanalysisskillsandabilitytoworkwithvariousstakeholdersacrossthecouncil.
• ExperienceinDynamics365/Azureisdesirable.
