Requirements

10 or more years of experience in technical project management and enterprise IT software delivery.
Proficiency in Jira and advanced project management tracking tools for large-scale implementations.
Experience in managing Agile and Waterfall software development lifecycle methodologies.
Experience with enterprise vulnerability risk remediation and complex technology stack upgrades.
Experience in strict government security standards and rigorous regulatory compliance frameworks.
Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Visio, and creating comprehensive technical project documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Architect and execute comprehensive program roadmaps for large-scale enterprise IT software deployments.
Review complex architectural documents and manage critical system dependencies across multiple technical workstreams.
Oversee enterprise vulnerability risk remediation initiatives and orchestrate overarching technology stack upgrades.
Establish and enforce rigorous quality control, change management, and technical testing protocols.
Monitor agile sprint deliverables, track work breakdown structures, and formulate associated risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate seamlessly with technical engineering resources to ensure deployed solutions remain highly scalable and resilient.
Generate detailed project status reports and remediation plans to align executive leadership on strategic delivery timelines.
