Vice President Product Management (m/f/d)

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Coordinate, manage, and inspire a high-performing team of product managers, product owners, and requirements engineers within a business area. • Shape and contribute to corporate strategy, design end-to-end product strategy, and oversee its implementation throughout the entire product lifecycle. • Monitor market trends, develop market and competitive strategies, and regularly optimize product strategies for sustainable growth. • Create detailed roadmaps and release plans in collaboration with the development team, conduct effort estimations, and support product management in setting priorities. • Actively participate in sales events and marketing initiatives, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are aligned with the product vision. What You'll Need • Several years of outstanding experience as a Product Owner, ideally in health data, digital health solutions, or health IT, with a proven track record in developing user-centered products. • A completed degree in business informatics, health management, business administration, or a related field. • Comprehensive expertise in data management, data protection, and regulatory requirements for innovative solutions. • Extensive knowledge and experience with agile methodologies, along with strong facilitation, communication, and teamwork skills. • Passion for creative problem-solving, strong analytical skills, and curiosity about diverse topics. • Fluent German and English skills.
