We are seeking an experienced Senior Mainframe Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise mainframe application development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and VSAM, along with experience in legacy system modernization, API integration, and leading offshore development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise mainframe applications.
• Develop high-performing, scalable, and reliable end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in legacy-to-distributed system migration initiatives.
• Develop and maintain applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and VSAM.
• Integrate mainframe applications with distributed systems using APIs and middleware.
• Analyze application performance and implement performance improvements.
• Work independently to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
