Senior Sauce NPD Technologist - Launch Breakthroughs

Aspect Personnel is recruiting a Senior Food Technologist to lead end-to-end New Product Development for a new greenfield operation in Pakenham, Victoria. The role covers ideation through to commercialisation and lunch of a new product range.

You will work hands-on in a fast-paced environment, developing wet and dry sauce formulations, and collaborating with an external R&D partner to accelerate innovation, while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
