ServiceNow Solution Architect

Role Overview

A growing ServiceNow consulting firm is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead client discovery, solution design, and technical delivery across ServiceNow projects.

This role requires someone who can confidently run workshops, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and explain the technical decisions behind their designs. Candidates should have a strong development and scripting background rather than being design-only architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and solution-design workshops.


• Design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements.


• Provide technical leadership from discovery through go-live.


• Work closely with developers, consultants, and client stakeholders.


• Support architecture across CSM and related ServiceNow workflows.


• Communicate solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience preferred.


• Proven Solution Architect or Technical Architect experience.


• Strong ServiceNow development, scripting, and integration background.


• Experience independently leading client workshops.


• Strong communication and consulting skills.


• CSM experience strongly preferred.


• Strong HRSD or ITSM experience considered with baseline CSM knowledge.


• CSA certification required.


• Relevant CIS certifications expected.


• CTA is a plus, not required.
