The Role • Record patient vital signs, including medical history and interview details. • Communicate patient needs and changes in condition to the primary care physician and clinical team. • Prepare patients for examinations, assist physicians, and explain treatment procedures. • Perform routine clinical tasks, including administering non-critical medical procedures, phlebotomy, and basic waived lab tests. • Administer medications and perform basic first aid under physician supervision, utilizing CPR skills as needed. • Provide health coaching to support patients in making healthy lifestyle choices. What You'll Need • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, clinicians, and other healthcare team members. • A problem-solving mindset focused on patient well-being and team success. • Knowledge of medical terminology, products, services, and procedures. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
