IT Helpdesk Specialist - Hybrid, 1st Line Support

Taronga Zoo is seeking a Technical Support Officer to join the IT team in Sydney. The role provides Level 1 IT support, participates in after-hours on-call rosters, and helps deploy and maintain the Standard Operating Environment. You will contribute to knowledge base updates and customer-focused IT services.

Ideal candidates have ITIL knowledge, experience with Microsoft 365/Windows 11, AD/Entra ID, and ticketing tools like JIRA, plus a NSW driver license for site travel as required.
