Business Transformation Architect – D365 to NetSuite

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Transformation & Migration Architect with strong business process knowledge, finance domain expertise, and solution architecture capabilities. The candidate must have proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Oracle NetSuite migration and multiple full-cycle ERP transformation or migration programs.

The role will drive end-to-end transformation by assessing current-state processes and systems, defining the future-state business and technology architecture, and translating business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current-state business processes, systems, and workflows; define future-state processes, target operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead ERP migration strategy and solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Oracle NetSuite, covering functional design, integrations, data migration, reporting, and controls.
• Conduct process mapping and fit-gap analysis, aligning existing D365 capabilities with NetSuite functionality and identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, and optimization.
• Lead or oversee multiple full-cycle ERP migration programs, from assessment and design through build, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Coordinate business, finance, functional, technical, and implementation teams to ensure alignment across requirements, architecture, and delivery.
• Oversee data mapping, migration validation, reconciliation, SIT/UAT, risk management, and transition to BAU.
• Bridge business and technology teams, ensuring solution decisions support business objectives, scalability, and the future-state transformation vision.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in ERP transformation, solution architecture, finance processes, or ERP implementation and migration.
• Proven Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Oracle NetSuite migration experience.
• Demonstrated experience in multiple full-cycle ERP migrations or transformation programs, with significant architecture or workstream ownership.
• Strong techno-functional expertise in ERP solution architecture, business process design, integrations, data migration, and system dependencies.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, including R2R, P2P, AP, AR, and GL.
• Proven ability to assess current-state environments and define future-state business processes, operating models, and technology architecture.
• Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, cutover, and go-live.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
