Senior iOS Developer

Job Summary We are seeking a Senior iOS Developer to design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications with a focus on building reusable user interface components and enhancing user-facing experiences. This role involves developing custom views, contributing to a shared component library, and collaborating with design and business teams to deliver high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, MVVM architecture, and native iOS development best practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and Xcode. Build reusable UI components and custom views for a shared component library. Develop user-facing features including application onboarding flows and communication or document preference settings. Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Implement responsive, intuitive, and high-quality user interfaces using SwiftUI and UIKit. Develop applications following MVVM architecture and software engineering best practices. Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests to ensure application quality and reliability. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while optimizing performance. Utilize GitLab for version control, source code management, and collaboration. Maintain technical documentation throughout the software development lifecycle. Communicate effectively within a collaborative remote team environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in native iOS development. Strong proficiency in Swift and Xcode. Extensive experience with SwiftUI and UIKit. Experience implementing applications using MVVM architecture. Experience building reusable UI components and custom views. Experience using GitLab or similar version control systems. Experience writing and maintaining unit tests. Strong understanding of iOS development best practices and software design principles. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote Agile development environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with asynchronous programming frameworks such as Combine or RxSwift. Experience developing reusable component libraries for enterprise mobile applications. Experience optimizing application performance and user experience. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile application development. Education: Bachelors Degree
