Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking a Lead BA to drive complex modernization projects and lead business analysis activities for enterprise software solutions.

Location: Lansing, MI (Candidates must reside within 90 miles)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite mandatory on Mon & Tue)

Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas

• Salesforce Architecture & Leadership: Translate business needs into Salesforce-ready specs (user stories, LWC, Aura, Apex, Flows, Communities, Conga Composer).
• Agile Execution: Manage sprint backlogs, releases, and user stories using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Process Engineering: Lead requirements elicitation, process redesign, and functional specs.
• Procurement Support: Develop SOWs, RFPs, and vendor documentation.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure designs align with enterprise governance and security frameworks (NIST SP 800-53, SSPs, POA&Ms).

Core Qualifications

• 10+ Years of overall Business Analysis experience.
• Extensive Salesforce Skills: Admin, Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, Communities, Conga Composer.
• Tools & Methodologies: Hands-on experience with Agile & Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Technical Familiarity: Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, Java, .NET, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Procurement: Proven experience drafting SOWs and RFPs.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Bonus Qualifications

• Veteran Preferred (Qualified U.S. military veterans receive priority consideration).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Experience with microservices, integrations, and distributed architecture.
• Proven track record of mentoring junior BAs.
