We're working with a highly respected building services consultancy seeking an Electrical Associate to join their Edinburgh office.

In this role, you'll play a key part in driving the technical delivery and direction of major projects across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, and high-tech facilities. You'll take ownership of client relationships, oversee project delivery, and guide a growing team of engineers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading electrical design and strategy across multidisciplinary projects

  • Managing project delivery from concept through to completion

  • Providing technical oversight, QA, and design assurance

  • Developing and mentoring junior engineers within the team

  • Building strong relationships with clients and project partners

What you'll bring:

  • Degree-qualified in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or related field

  • Chartered (or working toward) with relevant professional body (CIBSE, IET, etc.)

  • Proven experience leading projects within a consultancy environment

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

What's on offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package

  • Opportunity to take a key leadership role in a growing Glasgow team

  • Long-term career progression within a forward-thinking consultancy

If you're an ambitious Electrical Engineer looking to step up into an Associate role — or an established Associate ready for a new challenge — we'd love to hear from you.
