Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with 1-2 years of experience in selling CRO, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology, or related service offerings in the US market. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client outreach, opportunity identification, and supporting business growth initiatives aligned with Weltrix service offerings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the US market.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other channels.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand business needs and position relevant service offerings.
  • Schedule meetings and support proposal and sales activities.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and activity reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client acquisition and account growth.


Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of business development, inside sales, or lead generation experience.
  • Prior experience selling CRO, Life Sciences, Healthcare, IT, Digital, Data, AI, Regulatory, or related service offerings in the US market.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outbound sales techniques.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.


Preferred

  • Experience working with US clients and decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, Data Management, or Technology services.
