OpenShift Container Platform 4 Sr. Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an OpenShift Container Platform 4 Senior Consultant in Raleigh, NC.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced OpenShift Container Platform 4 (OCP4) Platform Deployment Senior Consultant to lead the deployment, configuration, and implementation of enterprise OpenShift environments. This consultant will be responsible for designing and deploying scalable container platforms, integrating infrastructure components, and ensuring platform readiness for application modernization initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• OpenShift Container Platform 4 (OCP4) deployment and administration
• Kubernetes architecture and cluster management
• OpenShift installation, configuration, and upgrades
• Container orchestration and lifecycle management
• Infrastructure integration (compute, network, storage)
• Linux system administration (RHEL)
• Container technologies (Podman, Docker, CRI-O)
• OpenShift Operators and Operator Lifecycle Manager (OLM)
• Platform troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform)
• Security, RBAC, and compliance configuration
• Enterprise platform documentation and knowledge transfer
• Experience with hybrid and cloud-based OpenShift deployments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
