Job Title: Infrastructure Manager III (Senior)
Location: Columbus, OH
Type: 3+ Months Contract-to-Hire

Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead a team of 5+ developers in delivering high-quality solutions within an Agile environment. This role focuses on team leadership, development best practices, and successful project delivery, with a strong emphasis on Genesys Cloud CX and IVA development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, driving performance and growth
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and peer code reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality Agile delivery
• Plan, prioritize, and allocate work based on team capacity and project needs
• Promote cross-training and ensure operational readiness within the team
• Oversee Genesys Cloud CX initiatives, including IVA, flows, and botflow development

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong experience managing Agile development teams
• Solid understanding of SDLC, coding standards, and peer review processes
• Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX (IVA, flows, botflows)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Genesys Cloud CX certifications
• Experience with telephony, networking, or cloud/DevOps practices
• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
