Requirements:

Backend Development: Proven experience in a type-safe language (Golang highly preferred, but others considered).<br />Architecture: Hands-on experience with backend microservices, REST APIs, and message queues (specifically Kafka or RabbitMQ).<br />Agile &amp; CI/CD: Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum team to deliver automated, thoroughly tested code to production. Nice-to-Have Skills: Testing: Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).<br />Tech Stack: Exposure to Docker, Postgres, gRPC, GraphQL, and Git.<br />Tools: Experience with Jenkins, Jira/Rally, or SVN.<br />Education: Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience).
