Job Title: Senior/Lead .Net Developer
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Employment Type: 6 Months (Contract-to-hire)

Description:

We are seeking a Senior Developer / Architect with 8-10+ years of experience in software development and solution design to support catalog development on the Paradigm Omni platform. Prior Paradigm Omni experience is desirable but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Required Skills or Technology Focus:  Paradigm Omni, VB.NET/.NET, SQL, OOP, XML (plus)

·         8-10+ years of software development experience.

·         Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) expertise.

·         Proficiency in one or more of the following:

o    VB.NET (preferred)

o    .NET / .NET Core

o    Java

o    JavaScript

o    C / C++

·         Strong SQL and relational database skills.

·         Experience with software architecture, design patterns, and enterprise application development.

·         Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience with Paradigm Omni or similar CPQ/configuration platforms.

·         XML experience.

·         Experience in the Fenestration (Windows & Doors) or Manufacturing industry.

·         Exposure to product configuration, catalog management, or rules-based systems.
