Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Developer with a deep specialization in high-throughput trading platforms. You will be responsible for designing and scaling microservices that power our real-time execution algorithms, ensuring ultra-low latency, high availability, and strict adherence to risk and regulatory controls.
· Data Systems: Proficiency in low-latency data stores (Redis, Hazelcast) and SQL/NoSQL databases for trade persistence and auditing.
Testing & CI/CD: Commitment to TDD/BDD practices and automated pipeline integration (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
· Microservices Architecture: Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Familiarity with Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd) is a plus.
· Java Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Core Java (v17+ preferred), including advanced multi-threading, concurrency patterns, and the Java Memory Model.
· Performance Optimization: Conduct deep-dive performance tuning, optimization, and memory management to maintain sub-millisecond execution speeds.
· Algorithm Engineering: Collaborate with Quants and Product Managers to translate complex execution strategies into performant, production-ready code.
