The Role • Independently manage and process preparatory accounting tasks. • Oversee invoice processing and handle professional dunning procedures. • Execute DATEV postings and document coding within DocuWare. • Serve as a primary point of contact for business partners and suppliers. • Manage petty cash and provide support for accounts receivable and payable. What You'll Need • Solid MS Office skills and excellent written and spoken German. • A commercial apprenticeship is desired, with candidates from business administration, industrial management, tax assistant, or office management roles welcome if possessing relevant experience. • Proficient knowledge of DATEV is essential. • Experience with DocuWare is advantageous but not mandatory. • A reliable, independent work ethic combined with strong teamwork skills.
