The Role • Lead and coach a team of Outside Sales Representatives focused on residential security and automation solutions. • Spend approximately 70% of time in the field and 30% in the office. • Be responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and motivating the sales team. • Oversee daily sales activities, including lead management, performance tracking, and conducting team huddles. • Maintain personal sales goals while actively supporting team development and retention. • Conduct ride-alongs with new hires and underperforming representatives. What You'll Need • Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience; supervisory experience is preferred. • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive a sales team to success. • Proficiency with technical devices like laptops and tablets. • Ability to travel within assigned territories in a personal vehicle. • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills. • A motivated and driven attitude with a willingness to lead from the front.
