Senior Staff Lead Radar Integration & Test Engineer | Camillus, NY, United States | Remote | $115,700-$150,500 This employer is a leading defense and security company dedicated to helping nations maintain safety and security through advanced technology. The Role • Lead the planning and execution of integration and test programs for verification and validation activities. • Develop and execute complex software and hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing. • Lead complex integration activities and the development of test environments and tools. • Provide technical and programmatic guidance to internal and external customers. • Mentor and provide technical coaching to less experienced engineers. • Analyze test data, prepare briefings, and write comprehensive test reports. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics (Master's preferred). • 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, with a primary focus on Test Engineering. • Proven background in radar system integration and testing, including experience with hands-on radar systems. • Experience leading Developmental Test & Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). • Proficiency with C++, Linux, digital hardware, and MATLAB for tool development and analysis. • Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional experience and the ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders.
