SAP HCM Payroll Lead (Suriname)
  • Location:  Offshore - Remote 
  • Duration: 4 months with Possible Extension 
  • Hours: 5:30pm-1:30am IST

Job Description:
The Lead Payroll Consultant will be responsible for leading all payroll-related activities supporting the Suriname Payroll Consolidation initiative.
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of SAP Payroll experience.
  • Strong experience with SAP HCM Payroll.
  • SAP International payroll template
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Payroll schemas
    • PCR development and troubleshooting
    • Wage type configuration
    • Retroactive accounting
    • Payroll posting and finance reconciliation
    • Statutory payroll compliance
  • Strong payroll testing and payroll validation experience.
  • Experience supporting global payroll implementations.
  • Ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders at all levels.
