Must Have

Frontend development with experience in Angular React JS
AWS hands on experience ECS Aurora PostgreSQL S3 Glu Athena VPC IAM Networking ALB NLB SQS Event bridge Lambda
Experience of using Copilot or any other AI tool in their daytoday work

Good to Have

Java 8v17 v21 v25 etc Spring framework Spring Batch framework
Any NoSQL DB experience
Advanced AI experience or understanding
OpenShift
KAFKA eventing
Controlm and MFTS routes setup
Jenkins CICD pipeline
Testing frameworks: Cucumber, Tophat for component tests; Blazemeter, Jmeter for performance tests; Junit, Mockito, Gremlin for resiliency testing; PACT framework for contract testing
