Job Description: Seeking a Senior Performance Testing Engineer with 10+ years of experience in performance testing, performance engineering, workload simulation, system monitoring, and performance optimization across cloud and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests using JMeter.

Monitor and analyze application performance using Dynatrace, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch.

Integrate automated performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Perform AWS performance analysis, troubleshooting, and tuning.

Analyze and optimize JVM, Tomcat, WebSphere, and Linux performance.

Identify bottlenecks across middleware, message queues, relational and NoSQL databases, caches, and stream/batch processing systems.

Conduct Oracle or DB2 SQL performance analysis and tuning.

Develop workload simulators and performance automation utilities using Java, Python, or other programming languages.

Must-Have Skills:

10+ years of performance testing and engineering experience.

JMeter performance testing.

Dynatrace, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch monitoring.

CI/CD pipeline integration and performance test automation.

AWS performance analysis and tuning.

JVM, Tomcat/WebSphere, and Linux performance tuning.

Oracle or DB2 SQL performance analysis.

Java/Python scripting and workload simulation.

Broad experience with middleware, messaging systems, databases, caching, and distributed processing.
