We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst with strong SharePoint experience to support a high-impact enterprise initiative for one of our clients in Houston, Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies and plans
Support stakeholder engagement, communication, and change adoption activities
Create and maintain SharePoint sites, documentation repositories, and collaboration portals
Coordinate training, knowledge transfer, and user adoption programs
Partner with business and technical teams to ensure successful project implementation
Track change readiness, adoption metrics, and stakeholder feedback
Required Skills:
Proven experience as an OCM Analyst or Change Management Consultant
Hands-on experience with SharePoint administration, content management, and collaboration tools
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Experience creating training materials, communication plans, and user guides
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting enterprise transformation, migration, or technology implementation projects is highly preferred
