Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

IAM Governance & Program Management

  • Lead IAM governance programs, policies, standards, and control frameworks across the organization.
  • Drive adoption of IAM best practices, least-privilege access models, and security-by-design principles.
  • Manage IAM program budgets, vendor relationships, licensing, and service performance.
  • Prepare and present IAM metrics, risks, compliance posture, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Partner with business, risk, compliance, audit, and technology teams to ensure alignment of IAM objectives with organizational goals.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across security, infrastructure, application, risk, and compliance functions.
  • Drive strategic planning, roadmap definition, and execution of IAM initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leadership on identity security strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Strong experience implementing IAM governance frameworks and enforcing least-privilege access models across enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing IAM programs, vendor relationships, budgets, and strategic initiatives.
  • Proven ability to independently drive complex projects with minimal supervision and ownership mindset.
  • Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) requirements within regulated industries, preferably BFSI.
  • Experience presenting technical and program-level updates to executive leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Excellent people management, mentoring, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working within Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) environments.
  • Experience leading internal/external audits and third-party assessments.
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management and strategic account engagement.
  • Experience leading enterprise IAM transformation and modernization programs.
  • Strong understanding of IT Operations Management and enterprise governance practices.
