APPIAN & BPM Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead – BPM & Appian to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise workflow automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Appian BPM, Java/J2EE, microservices, cloud technologies, and enterprise application architecture.

This role requires a technical leader who can drive solution design, mentor development teams, optimize business processes, and support large-scale production applications within a financial services environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development and BPM technologies.
• Strong technical leadership experience with Appian BPM platform.
