The Role • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Pegasystems (Pega). • Provide operational support for the enterprise Pega infrastructure. • Review, test, and implement Pega patches and upgrades. • Gather requirements and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from inception to deployment and maintenance. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for supported Pega environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues by applying critical thinking skills. What You'll Need • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience. • Previous experience in business system solution development using Pegasystems (Pega). • 4+ years of experience building, managing, and supporting the Pega operating system and application platform. • 4+ years of experience with Pega upgrade and patching activities. • Strong knowledge of Pega Application packaging, security, rulesets, portals, reports, and other Pega OOTB tools. • Knowledge of Web technologies including .Net or Java.
