Position: Senior Full Stack Engineer – TypeScript, Go, React, AWS & AI Workflows
End Client: Ally Financial
Location: 601 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC – Hybrid (3–4 days in office)
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Technical Skills

  • Full-stack development experience with TypeScript and Go

  • Strong experience with React + TypeScript on the frontend

  • Hands-on experience with RDS (Postgres, MySQL), schema migration tooling, and Redis for caching and pub/sub

  • Experience deploying applications to AWS, including ECS Fargate, ALB, RDS, Secrets Manager, S3, ECR, and CloudWatch

  • Strong knowledge of Terraform, including private module registries, multi-region/multi-account environments, and dev/non-prod/prod patterns

  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including terraform-plan/apply, image scanning, and Kaniko builds

  • Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor

  • Experience with LangGraph or comparable agent/workflow orchestration frameworks for stateful LLM-driven flows

  • Experience with embeddable rules engines such as GoRules / ZEN, Drools, or JSON-Logic

  • Experience authoring decision tables and integrating rules engines into application code

  • Experience integrating CRM and Case Management products such as Salesforce

Job Responsibilities

  • Build features for a case management and workflow system

  • Apply distributed-systems principles to maintain a scalable, reliable, and resilient platform

  • Establish coding best practices across repositories

  • Conduct constructive peer code reviews

  • Own CI/CD, testing, and release pipelines in GitLab

  • Partner with DevOps on Terraform infrastructure and AWS deployments

  • Contribute to AI-driven workflows, including LangGraph agents and RAG knowledge retrieval

  • Work with the GoRules decision engine for case-routing and policy logic

  • Triage production and integration issues
