A well-established software company is hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of backend software engineers. This is a people-first leadership role with a strong emphasis on team development, delivery execution, and cross functional collaboration. You will serve as primary point of accountability for midsized backend engineering teams while partnering closely with product and architecture stakeholders, to drive technical outcomes.
