Job Description

Great opportunity has come up in Winchester for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy! THE COMPANY<br />A widely recognised consultancy is seeking a Project Manager (Intermediate or Senior level) to join its growing team. With a strong reputation built on decades of delivering successful outcomes for clients across the UK, the firm works across a wide range of sectors including leisure commercial, education, residential, healthcare, and public sector. Their multidisciplinary approach and collaborative culture make them a trusted partner on both private and public sector projects, with values ranging from £5m to £50m+. THE ROLE<br />As a Project Manager, you’ll support and lead key aspects of project delivery from early-stage planning through to completion. You will work alongside experienced senior professionals, gaining exposure to a variety of projects while steadily increasing your autonomy and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with and leading the day-to-day management of construction projects<br />Coordinating and communicating with clients, consultants, and contractors<br />Managing programmes, cost plans, risk assessments, and reporting processes<br />Ensuring delivery is aligned with the client’s expectations for time, quality, and cost<br />Supporting the development of junior team members and contributing to best practices<br />THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline<br />Minimum 3-5 years’ consultancy experience in a similar role<br />Progressing toward professional chartership (APM, RICS, CIOB, or equivalent)<br />Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills<br />A proactive mindset with a desire to take ownership and grow within a high-performing team<br />WHY JOIN?
