Job Responsibilities

- Investigate, negotiate, and settle third party property damage.

- Investigate and report on incidents that may potentially lead to litigation, investigation lawsuits, and reviews tender cases involving contractors and insurance carriers.

- Conduct interviews with employees and third parties to investigate claims and incidents.

- Conduct claims data analysis for trending and lessons learned; presents findings to business partners.

- Review internal client and external records, files and documents regarding incident investigations, liability and damage evaluation, and claims negotiation and settlements.

Minimum

- Bachelor s (BA/BS) degree or equivalent experience

- 2 years of experience handling claims investigations

-Valid driver s license with a clean driving record
