The Role • Develop and execute the Procurement ESG Strategy in alignment with corporate governance. • Oversee the Procurement Governance process, including policies, procedures, and DOI project management. • Lead the development and implementation of a global Procurement Academy based on a Capability Framework. • Own the Procurement Talent Strategy, driving its execution and the academy's day-to-day operations. • Drive reporting functions for savings, compliance, and ESG initiatives. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline. • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in procurement operations, shared services, or governance roles. • Proven success in managing procurement execution teams and driving operational performance. • Strong background in compliance, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement. • Experience with cross-functional teams and shared service environments. • In-depth understanding of procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
