The Role • Build and lead your own franchise fitness studio. • Take full entrepreneurial responsibility for managing operations, including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Lead, motivate, and develop your staff. • Drive local marketing initiatives and member acquisition. • Ensure an exceptional studio experience for all members. • Uphold and implement EASYFITNESS brand and quality standards.
