JOB DESCRIPTION

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong Salesforce Administration expertise.
• Hands-on experience with FinancialForce (Certinia) modules such as PSA, Accounting, Billing, or ERP.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, BRD/FRD preparation, and user story creation.
• Proficient in Salesforce Administration, including user management, security, Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and custom configurations.
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and project teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience supporting UAT and production releases.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
