Title: QE Security Engineer

Work Mode: Hybrid (4 Day Onsite):

Must Have: Application security testing; SAST/DAST (Veracode/Burp Suite); vulnerability validation; secure SDLC.

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for enterprise applications.
• Create and execute automated test scripts for both UI and API testing to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and faster release cycles.
• Maintain and enhance automation script libraries, reusable components, and testing standards across projects.
• Perform application security testing to identify, assess, and validate security vulnerabilities.
• Utilize SAST and DAST tools such as Veracode and Burp Suite to conduct security assessments and code reviews.
• Validate and verify remediation of identified vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with security requirements.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to implement secure coding practices throughout the Secure SDLC.
• Analyze test results, security findings, and provide actionable recommendations to improve application security and performance.
• Support compliance, audit, and security initiatives while adhering to organizational and regulatory standards.
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS clearance.
• Security certifications such as Security+ or CEH are preferred.
• Experience with application security testing, SAST/DAST tools, vulnerability validation, and Secure SDLC practices is required.
