Strong background in project and process engineering

Experience in chemical formulations, manufacturing processes

Compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards, preferably in FDA-regulated environments

Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects.

Capital project experience, implementing new manufacturing equipment and processes.

Strong documentation, communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English reading and writing.

Good interpersonal skills to interact with engineering and manufacturing teams

Ability to work independently and on cross-functional teams.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
